Shipping Policy

We will use Australia Post or a courier service to deliver the item to you.

All goods will normally be shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery time will be dependant upon Australia Post or any Courier’s SLA to deliver the items. (From next business day, and up to 15 business days in remote areas). Normally a tracking number will be supplied when the item has been posted.
*Plants will only be posted on Monday/Tuesday using Austpost Express Post only.

Express Post
Express post is available as an option (Australia Post only) – Customers will be required to pay the difference between our standard shipping methods and the actual cost of shipping by express post – this varies greatly depending on weight and cubic size of the item. Please use the “Contact Us” page to discus your requirements, so we can confirm what is possible.

International Currency Conversion
All currency represented on this site is in Australian dollars ($AUD), If ordering from a country other than Australia, and posting to an Australian address the customer will be charged the equivalent of their order in local currency depending on the conversion rate.
